A scrolling parallax website that promote a masterpiece project, called “The Alder at Simatupang,” crafted by highly respected developer (The creator of Senayan City, Sheraton Bandung, Four Seasons Jakarta, Mercure Hotel TB Simatupang, Aston Kuningan and The Hundred at Mega Kuningan).

The 16 pages e-brochure contains detail information and more complex specification of the property. The flier design is created as a compliment for the marketing team, to present the product to the VIP customers.
